This luxury villa in Mallorca is situated within walking distance of the village of Calvia with its bars, good quality Mallorquin and international restaurants.

The villa is accessed via electronic gate system, ample private parking, there are expansive gardens to the front of the property, the house offers a very private location and is not overlooked at all.

There is a light and spacious entrance which leads into a modern, fully equipped kitchen with Meile appliances including integrated coffee machine, teppanyaki plate, wine cooler and breakfast bar.

There is an open plan lounge with high, beamed ceilings, open log-burning fireplace, wooden floors and doors to terrace, there is also a separate sitting/relaxing area. Separate laundry room

The impressive master suite has a walk in dressing area and large Thai style bathroom a large natural stone bathroom with a sunken tub and double showers and it’s own sun terrace. For colder months it has it’s own log burning fireplace. The guest bedroom has its own private terrace with sun bathing area and an ensuite bathroom with huge walk-in shower, Guest rooms 3 and 4 can either be made up as double beds or twin beds and share a bathroom with large walk-in shower, the 5th bedroom is a single room on the ground floor.

Externally there extensive gardens, with gorgeous mountain views, an Infinity pool which can be heated in cooler months, a trampoline, ping pong table and X Box for younger members of the family. There is a gorgeous chill out area and a new Weber BBQ with rotisserie, external dining for 8, SONOS sound system enabling guests to dock I-pods and play personal music at locations in the house and terrace.
Location Information
Calvia is a typically Spanish village located just 10 minutes from the South West coast, and only 12 / 15 minutes drive from some of Mallorcas finest beach clubs, Marinas, shops and restaurants. The village itself is very authentic and traditional but has a mix of European nationalities and a good selection of cafes, bars and fabulous tapas, Spanish and Mediterranean restaurant with one of the best Markets on the island on a Monday morning.

The next village along is called Capdella, equally as charming, offering even more amenities and restaurant choices with offerings of sizzling garlic prawns which people travel the island for or the famous Restaurant Sa Vinya, the pool bar for their delicious Pizzas by the pool, or even take away!

Old Town Palma, Palma Nova, Puerto Portals and Port Adrianno, Water parks, The Wave House, Mood Beach, Nicki Beach and Cafe Del Mar are all just 10 to 15 mins drive away.

Santa Ponsa beach is located in the heart of the resort and has lovely, soft, golden sand and clear blue sea that proves to be shallow and calm, which is perfect if you visit as a family with younger children.

Santa Ponsa beach is large, so even during the summer months you should easily find room to place your towels or, if you prefer, sunloungers and parasols can be hired to use during your visit. Or if you prefer you could try to find a free space under one of the many palm trees surrounding Santa Ponsa Bay. There are facilities available on the bay for use during your visit, with good access for the disabled, and there are also lifeguards on duty if needed. There are additional amenities located close to the rear of the beach, such as shops, bars and restaurants, which you may require to visit and free parking can also be found in this area.

The main beach Playa Oratori de Portals in the resort of Portals is, which is perfect for those holidaying in Portals Nous and Puerto Portals. The beach is large with golden, soft sand and clear, blue waters. Parasols and sunloungers are available for hire to relax and shade from the heat when necessary and lifeguards regularly patrol the water if required. There is a designated area on the sand set aside for volleyball, and Roxy’s Beach Bar can be found further down the beach, which serves as a friendly place to sip a cocktail, grab a bite to eat and take in the distant views of the marina in Puerto Portals, while listening to calm, chill-out tunes.Facilities are located on the beach and can be accessed by the disabled and the beach is in a prime location, as restaurants, bars and other amenities are only a short walk away in Puerto Portals.
