A fabulous courtyard greets you on arrival. Villa Kerida is charming and characterful, complete with feature tower but will all the mod cons of the modern world. This really is the villa for the more discerning client and is the up most in luxury.

Inside the villa you will find 6 luxurious bedrooms all with en suite facilities, crisp Egyptian linens, soft bathrobes, vanity units, ample wardrobe space, individual air conditioning units and a SMART TV. Each bedroom is individually designed. All rooms are decorated to an exceptional standard and will make you feel relaxed.

Unwind in the Harbour room with is floor to ceiling doors over looking the bay. The courtyard room is cool and inviting with doors leading out to the characterful courtyard with cobbled stones and wooden doors, giving a Mediterranean feel. The tower den room has a spectacular four poster bed with arched windows offering

wonderful views. The La Mola room is elegant in design and has direct access to the terrace with sunbeds and relaxation areas. The Marmassen suite is very large and has doors leading to the terrace areas, a walk in dressing room and bathroom with bath tub and separate shower and an integrated TV unit at the foot of the bed.

There are 3 living areas with state of the art multi media facilities, including a SMART TV, Satellite TV, DVD and multi-zone SONOS sound system. These rooms are exquisite in design and decoration, A chill out lounge with fantastic sea views is also available. The pool level living and dining room has plentiful seating options and doors to the terrace area and amazing views, perfect to allow a small breeze into the house.

There are numerous dining options, formal/informal for 12 guests, an open plan living/dining room with easy access to the bodega and main kitchen, this is a very well equipped large kitchen with everything a chef needs to hand!

The outdoor space of the villa really is superb, it’s breath-taking front line sea view position, looks out across the rugged Mallorcan coastline and the azure

Mediterranean waters beneath. Enjoy prepared breakfasts await you on the terrace, what better way to wake up than to fresh coffee and a beautiful vista, the breakfast table is shaded. Surrounded by palm trees and native flowers which add to the tranquillity. The pool terrace has plenty of sunbeds and overlooks Cala Marmessen. The infinity pool also has a Jacuzzi bench for 4 people and a swim against machine. There is a shady area with concealed bar with access to the Sonos system.

The boat house terrace has 2 private sea entrance areas and space for relaxation with safe access to the waters edge. The house is accessed by a couple of flights of steps from here.
