This Beautiful and luxurious 10 bed roomed traditional Spanish Mansion has been restored over 3 years into what is now a breathtaking traditional Mallorcan house that has bags of history and now presents as a luxury Boutique Property. Once the home of Joan Riera there was a pilgrimage to the house here in 1919 that led the owners to a Art Deco bathroom theme throughout.
All of the rooms are individually designed with designer Matthew Williamson wallpapers oak parquet floors and great bathrooms with walk in showers. Two have balconies, and two have their own terrace.
Two bedrooms are on the ground floor and one is wheelchair accessible. The other rooms are on the first floor via a wide staircase.
Most rooms have 180cm superking beds that can be also made as a twin. 800 thread count Egyptian cotton is standard ensuring you a lovely nights sleep.
All of the rooms have a safe, a small minibar and air con. Soft white towels, argan oil toiletries including hair conditioner, dressing gowns and slippers plus powerful ionic hairdryers complete each room.
There is a lovely oasis style courtyard with a fantastic 9 x 5 m saltwater pool with an infinity edge – perfect for sunbathing on whilst keeping cool. There are ample sun loungers with comfy cushions.
There is a well equipped gym with yoga mats and a personal trainer can be arranged upon request. In room massages and beauty treatments can also be organised to suit you.
The games room has a vintage bonzini bar football table, darts board and board games as well as a 75 inch smart TV, PS4 and VR headset for the gamers in you. We also have twin turntables and a selection of vinyl that you can practice your DJing skills on.

Sineu is a traditional inland town in the centre of Mallorca. Its a small and traditional town steeped in history, with interesting architecture and ancient blonde stone buildings with a small but good selection of restaurants and cafes and an art gallery.
The main square, is home to many independent cafés with outdoor seating, great for soaking up the local atmosphere. The town is a fantastic location for those who love history, culture and nature. It also provides a great base if you are keen to explore some of the great outdoors the island has to offer. Market day is on Wednesday
Sineu’s history dates back to Roman times . Under the reign of King Jaume II, a palace was built in Sineu and the town became a residence for many of Mallorca’s kings. Today, the ancient palace has turned into a convent, the Convent de la Concepció. The creation of this palace gave Sineu status, making it one of the most important towns on the island.
The period following this is often referred to as Sineu’s golden era. Many majestic homes of nobles and important landmarks were built then, some of which are still on display today.
The parish Church of Santa Maria is the most important piece of architectural heritage in the town of Sineu. It is so vast that it can be admired from the surrounding countryside.
The parish Church of Santa Maria is one of the most iconic buildings in the town and is a must-see for many tourists visiting the area owing to its impressive 7-level bell tower and a small museum of medieval pottery. If you want to immerse yourself in some of the town’s heritage, the Convent de la Concepció has a ‘torno’, a small revolving door where you can actually buy pastries made by the nuns. The town hall is housed in a 17th-century Baroque convent, some venture in to admire the derelict cloister.
Sineu is within easy reach of some of Mallorca’s best cycling routes within the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, but there are also other options to enjoy a more leisurely cycle ride on the country lanes surrounding the village and also there are several vineyards surrounding the town of Sineu. Its also home to golf park Puntiro built on a large country estate,
There are a few good restaurants in Sineu. If you are looking for something authentic, Antic Celler Son Toreo offers a rustic setting with traditional homemade Spanish food on the menu and reasonable prices. For a more modern experience, Vi-Es Gastroart, housed in the old train station in Sineu, is perfect for those who love gastronomy and Finally, Tomassini has established itself as one of the most famous pizzerias on the island, local residents travel for many miles to get their hands on one of their pizzas.
